Ingredients:

  • Agave Syrup 1/3 cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Fresh Figs 10 pieces
  • Cashew 1 cup
  • Coconut Oil 1 tbsp
  • Coconut flakes 1/3 cup
  • Salt for taste
  • Dark Chocolate 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp

Method:

  • Cashew Soak in water for 6 hours or overnight
  • When configure themselves cashews, drain and place the nuts in the bowl of a blender along with the agave syrup, coconut oil, bulk glass of water, salt and vanilla extract
  • Beat at high speed until a thick homogeneous paste. Try the pasta and season with salt and sweeten to taste. so far aside
  • Place the coconut flakes in a clean frying pan(no oil)  and  drain 4 min, or until the coconut is lightly browned and not give flavor. Cut the figs and grate the chocolate for serving
  • Serve as follows: Spread the paste on the cashew dish
  • Place figs on top and sprinkle with coconut flakes and chocolate.
